How do I place an order?

Visit the Store section of our website and add products to your cart.  Once complete, continue to check out.  

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped out with in 1 business day unless otherwise specified.  You can track your order once it ships.  We normally use FedEx/UPS ground services but you do have the option for expedited shipping for an additional cost.  

Do you offer international shipping?

The answer is YES.  In order to ship internationally you need to send an email to jg@cameragoat.com with your shipping information and we can generate a shipping quote.  Once you approve the shipping charges we will take your order and get things shipped.

My shipping address is different than my billing address.  What do I need to do?

We must receive verification of the billing address in the form of a photo ID showing the credit card billing address, before the order can be shipped.  If your photo ID does not have your billing address on it, further verification may be required.  Verification can be sent to jg@cameragoat.com.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Camera Goat LLC. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Camera Goat LLC. Copyright 2020, Camera Goat LLC ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Camera Goat LLC or purchasing Camera Goat products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Camera Goat or to purchase Camera Goat products. Camera Goat Lifetime Warranty* 
If anything goes wrong with your Camera Goat product*, relax! Camera Goat warrants for the life of each Camera Goat (barbridge and tray)*, that it is free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Camera Goat will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Camera Goat on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. We do not warranty any nuts, bolts, wheel bearings or the wheels*. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs including any international duties/taxes/fees. 

This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust, or any unauthorized dis-assembly, repair, or modification. This warranty also does not apply to any product that has been handled or packaged incorrectly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations. 

This warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Camera Goat products, as provided above. Camera Goat is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any other equipment bought from Camera Goat that is not designed and manufactured by Camera Goat and under the Camera Goat brand. This warranty excludes 3rd party equipment, and or equipment attached to Camera Goat products. In the event of a claim Camera Goats sole obligation shall be repair/replacement of the product. In no event will Camera Goat be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss of property, however caused. As well, in no event will Camera Goat have any personal liability whatsoever. 

Product Returns
No returns will be accepted without a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#). You can call or email Camera Goat to obtain your RMA#. All returns must be packaged carefully as when received and returned in the original box. The returned item(s) should be insured for the purchase value of the contents, in the case of shipping damage or loss. All shipping cost associated with the return is at the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in re-sellable condition to receive a full purchase price refund.  Returns are not accepted for special order items.

Restocking Fees
Camera Goat reserves the right to inspect any returned Camera Goat product and apply a 20% re-stocking fee, if it is not in re-sellable, like new condition. Any non-Camera Goat products returned will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. 

Order Shipment
Orders will normally ship the same day if placed by 2pm EST, unless otherwise noted on our website. Orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted. 

Shipping Cost Calculations
While every effort is made to ensure an accurate shipping calculation is provided during checkout, Camera Goat reserves the right to request additional payment, if the actual shipping cost is higher than is calculated. In the case an additional payment is required, Camera Goat will make reasonable attempts to reach the customer via e-mail or telephone, before the order is cancelled. 

Shipping Service
Camera Goat reserves the right to substitute a comparable shipping service, to what is selected during checkout, in order to meet requested delivery times. All orders will ship using the Camera Goat shipping account; we do not allow 3rd party shipping. 

Limitation of Liability
Camera Goat shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Camera Goat has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Camera Goat product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Camera Goat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Camera Goat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Camera Goat shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Camera Goat without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Notice
Camera Goat may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Camera Goat.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Camera Goat or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Camera Goat does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Camera Goat is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Camera Goat reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Camera Goat in its sole discretion.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camera Goat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Camera Goat may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Camera Goat, Camera Goat has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Camera Goat. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Camera Goat seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Billing Address different than Shipping Address

International Orders
International orders over $500 require a copy of a Photo ID to verify the address details before we can process the order. Verification can be sent to jg@cameragoat.com. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Duties / Fees / Taxes
Shipping charges do not include any applicable import duties / fees / taxes. 

Brokerage Charges (Canada) 
UPS CANADA STANDARD does not include the brokerage charges and additional brokerage charges will be due, if you do not have a broker on file with UPS. 
All other options have brokerage fees included; however there may be applicable duties/taxes. 

Payments
Credit cards will be automatically charged at the time of purchase/checkout. We will not hold credit card information for later purchases/payments, however your information (except credit card CVV code) will be stored (if selected) within your account for ease of future purchases.

PayPal payments will be automatically charged at the time of purchase/checkout. If any error is made while paying with PayPal and the payment does not go through, we will attempt to contact you and let you know that an error was made.

Wire transfers must be sent to the address/information shown on the page after checkout. If you have any questions regarding this process, please email jg@cameragoat.com

Incorrect Billing Addresses
If you attempt to charge a credit card to an incorrect billing address, you will receive an error message and the order will not be completed. If you receive this error message, the amount you have attempted a purchase with will be released from your credit card and will be denied by our credit card processor. As our credit card processor has denied this payment, your credit card statement/company will show this as a released authorization (from them). This amount will clear from your statement within (usually) a few days to a week. Please be sure that your billing address is accurate before attempting another purchase/checkout.

Same Day Shipping
Camera Goat’s shipping policy is that all items will the ship same-day as ordered if order is completed by 2:00 PM EST unless otherwise noted. In any instance this is not the case, customers will be notified by the Camera Goat sales department.
